Transbahasa didirikan pada tanggal 1 Juni 2017, adalah sebuah lembaga resmi berbadan hukum yang menyediakan layanan penerjemahan profesional dan berkualitas. Transbahasa juga melayani jasa editing-proofreading, layanan bahasa dan pelatihan penerjemahan dan keterampilan berbahasa.
Transbahasa terdaftar dengan akta notaris dan SK pengesahan dari Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Republik Indonesia.

Novriyanto Napu adalah seorang Doktor dalam bidang penerjemahan lulusan dari University of South Australia. Selain bekerja sebagain dosen tetap bidang penerjemahan dan linguistik terapan di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, Ia juga adalah seorang penerjemah lepas.
Di Transbahasa, Dr Novriyanto berperan sebagai editor untuk mengecek dan memastikan semua hasil terjemahan memiliki kualitas yang baik.
